IAEE DC STATEMENT FOR COVID-19 FOR PROGRAMS AND EVENTS

The safety and wellbeing of our attendees is a top priority for the IAEE DC Chapter. To participate in any in-person chapter event, all attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Attendees will need to show proof of vaccination before receiving their registration badge onsite. Proof of vaccination can be your physical vaccine card, a photo of your card, or your digital vaccination record using your preferred travel/event app. You may download the free CLEAR digital vaccination card https://www.clearme.com/vaccine-validation.

No exceptions will be made, and refunds will not be issued for failure to provide proof of vaccination.

Safety & Masks

The safety and comfort of our attendees will remain our top priority. We will abide by current CDC, state/local mask mandates in effect on the day of event including the host venue. If necessary, we will work quickly to adjust event safety protocols, following guidance from relevant government bodies and the CDC.
